CBS Jazz All-Stars is a collective of jazz musicians who have been performing together since the early 1990s. The group was founded by bassist Ron Carter, who wanted to bring together some of the best jazz musicians in the world to perform together. The group consists of tenor saxophonist Joe Henderson, trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, alto saxophonist Phil Woods, pianist Kenny Barron, guitarist Russell Malone, bassist Ron Carter, drummer Louis Hayes, and percussionist Steve Turre.

The group has recorded four albums, including "The CBS Jazz All-Stars Live at Carnegie Hall," "Live at the Village Vanguard," "Live at the Blue Note," and "Live at Sweet Basil." They have performed at a variety of venues, including Carnegie Hall, the Village Vanguard, The Blue Note, and Sweet Basil. They have also performed on a variety of television shows, including "The Late Show with David Letterman," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Good Morning America," and "CBS This Morning."
