Calli Alden is an American actress and producer best known for her work on the television shows The Middle, Big Love, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, and Bones. She was born in Los Angeles, California on May 20, 1987.

Alden began her career with small roles on various television shows before she was cast in the Fox sitcom The Middle, which ran for nine years. She played the role of Sue Heck, the middle child of the Heck family. Her role in the show earned her a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

In 2009, Alden was cast as the lead in the HBO series Big Love, which lasted for five seasons. She played the role of Nicki Grant, a polygamist wife who struggles to balance her religious beliefs with the mores of modern society. Her performance in the show earned her two Emmy Award nominations.
