Bob Klose is an American actor best known for his roles in the television shows "Boy Meets World" and "The Waltons". He was born in New York City on October 27, 1963 and raised in Long Island.

Klose began his acting career in the late 1970s with small roles in films such as "The Warriors" and "The Exterminator". He then went on to appear in a number of television shows, including "The Facts of Life", "St. Elsewhere", and "Quantum Leap". In 1992, he landed the role of Dean Stansfield in the popular ABC sitcom "Boy Meets World", which ran for seven seasons until 2000.

In 1997, Klose joined the cast of "The Waltons" as the character of Ben Walton, a war veteran and the father of the Walton family. He reprised the role in several TV movies and specials, including "A Walton Easter" and "A Walton Thanksgiving Reunion".

Klose has also appeared in films such as "The Perfect Storm", "The Amityville Horror", and "Gone in Sixty Seconds". He has also guest starred on several other television shows, including "ER", "The X-Files", and "West Wing".
