William Charles Oakes, better known as Bill Oakes, was born on November 4, 1965, in England. He is an actor, best known for his roles in the films “Cinderella” and “Alice in Wonderland”.
Growing up, Bill was always a creative kid. He was passionate about acting and was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, where he studied for two years.
