In 2000, he landed his first major television role on the German series "Unter uns". He continued to find success in television, appearing in popular shows such as "Verbotene Liebe" (2005-2006) and "Das Sommerhaus der Stars" (2013-2015).

Along with television roles, Schneidmüller has also appeared in several feature films. His first major film role was in the 1999 comedy "Das kleine Arschloch". He has since appeared in films such as "Die Braut des Prinzen" (2002), "Fack ju Göhte" (2013), and "Tatort" (2014).
