Benj Cave is an English actor, best known for his roles in the 2019 film, Rocketman, and the 2017 television series, The White Princess.

Born Benjamin John Cave in London, England in 1997, Benj Cave grew up in a family of actors. His father, John Cave, is an actor and director, and his mother, Kate Cave, is an actress. His two older sisters, Maddie and Lucy Cave, are also actors.

Benj attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and graduated in 2017. During his time at LAMDA, he was awarded the Actor of the Year Award for his exceptional performances.

Benj made his professional acting debut in 2009, appearing in an episode of the BBC show, Midsomer Murders. He then landed a recurring role in the television show, The White Princess, playing the role of Edward Stafford, Duke of Buckingham.

In 2017, he appeared in the film, Rocketman, playing the role of Elton John's younger brother, Robert John. His performance in the movie drew critical acclaim and earned him a nomination for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Award for Rising Star.

Benj has also appeared in a number of other films and television shows. He starred in the 2017 film, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, and the 2019 film, The Aeronauts, alongside Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones. He also had a recurring role in the BBC miniseries, The War of the Worlds, playing the role of the young George.

On stage, Benj has starred in a number of productions, including The Crucible at the Royal Exchange Theatre, and an adaptation of War Horse at the National Theatre.

Benj has also appeared in a number of music videos, including the music video for Elton John's song, Rocketman.
