Baby Consuelo is a Brazilian singer, actress, and composer best known for her work in the 1960s. She was born Consuelo Block in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1947. Raised in a musical family, she began singing at a young age and had already started performing for audiences by the time she was ten years old.

At the age of 16, Consuelo released her first EP, 'O Fim Do Arco-Iris', which was an immediate success. It topped the charts in Brazil and has since become one of the most popular songs of its era. She followed up the success with her first album, 'O Sol e O Mar', which featured the hits 'O Bem-Te-Vi' and 'Você Nem Imagina'.

Consuelo's career continued to grow, and she released several more albums over the next decade, including 'Festa do Amor', 'Um Sonho A Dois', and 'O Tempo Não Para'. With each release, her music became more and more popular, and she earned a reputation as one of the most successful female singers in Brazil.

In the 1970s, Consuelo turned to acting. She made her debut in the film 'O Pagador de Promessas', and went on to appear in several more films. She also began to make television appearances, most notably in the series 'Amor Eterno'.
