Ashlan Grey is an American actress best known for her roles on the television series “Glee” and “The Mindy Project.” Born in Los Angeles, California, Grey began studying theater at the age of nine. She grew up in a theatrical family, with both her parents working in the entertainment industry. Grey’s first acting gig was in the Broadway production of “Annie.”

Grey’s first major television role came when she was cast as a recurring character on the popular Fox series “Glee.” She played the role of Chloe Beale, an ambitious young actress who was part of the glee club at William McKinley High School. Grey’s performance was praised by fans and critics alike, and she went on to appear in several other television shows, including “The Mindy Project,” “Happy Endings,” and “The Middle.”

In addition to her television work, Grey has also appeared in numerous films. She had a small part in the 2012 comedy “What to Expect When You’re Expecting,” as well as a supporting role in the 2014 drama “The Fault in Our Stars.” She also had a lead role in the Netflix original film “The Outskirts,” which was released in 2015.
