Andreas Kranich is a German actor who has starred in films, television, and theatre. He was born on April 18, 1988, in Berlin, Germany. He began his acting career at a young age and has since appeared in a variety of roles in both German and International productions.

Kranich attended the University of Arts in Berlin and graduated with a degree in acting and film studies. He went on to perform in small roles in various student films and short projects. His first major role was in the German television series “Unter Uns”, where he played the lead role of Simon from 2008 to 2009. This was followed by several guest appearances in other German television series such as “Die Wache”, “Tatort”, and “Sturm der Liebe”.

In 2011, he made his feature film debut in the German drama “Von Dassel und anderen” which premiered at the Munich Film Festival. He also had a role in the German comedy “Kleine Freiheit”. He then starred in the German television series “Mord mit Aussicht” between 2012 and 2014, and in 2014 he also appeared in the German thriller “Tatort: Der Tod kommt zweimal”.

In 2016, Kranich starred in the German crime thriller “Der Nachtfalke” and in the German comedy “Stille Reserven”. He had a supporting role in the 2017 German drama “Der Hauptmann” and had a starring role in the 2018 German drama “Die Heiland”. In 2019, he starred in the German biopic “Die Berufung”.
