Anders Engström is a Swedish film director, editor, and producer. He is best known for his work on the Swedish television series “Real Humans” and the feature film “The Circle”.
Engström was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on May 31, 1978. He grew up in a creative family, with his father a professional photographer and his mother a former actress. He attended the Swedish Film Institute's Film School in Gothenburg, graduating in 2004.
Engström’s career in film began with his debut feature film, “The Circle”, in 2006. The film was a critical success, winning several awards at international film festivals. Following this success, Engström went on to direct a number of successful television series and films, including “Real Humans”, “The Bridge”, “Midsummer”, and “It's Only Make Believe”.
