Alexys Becerra is an American actor and dancer best known for her work in films such as A Dog's Way Home (2019), Step Up: High Water (2018), and The Healer (2017). Becerra was born in Miami, Florida on August 11, 2004, the youngest of four children. She started dancing at the age of three and was soon enrolled in a dance school. In 2012, she was selected to join the Miami City Ballet's summer program.

Becerra made her acting debut in the 2017 drama film, The Healer as the character Mya, which was her first major role. She was then cast in Step Up: High Water as Vivian, alongside Ne-Yo, Nicole Munoz, and Lauryn McClain. In 2019, she made her big-screen debut in A Dog's Way Home, alongside Ashley Judd, Edward James Olmos, and Bryce Dallas Howard.

In addition to her acting career, Becerra is a passionate dancer. She has been a part of the Backstreet Cultural Museum's dance troupe, The Money Wasters, since 2012. She has also been featured in the music video for the Pitbull song "Can't Have" in 2015.

Outside of the entertainment industry, Becerra is an advocate for environmental causes and has been active in raising awareness about climate change. Additionally, she is an avid book reader and enjoys writing poetry.

Becerra has earned numerous awards and accolades throughout her career, including a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Performance in a Feature Film - Supporting Young Actress for A Dog's Way Home.
