Alexandra Bailey is an American actress best known for her work in television and film. She began her career in television in the early 2000s, appearing in a number of popular shows such as “The O.C.” and “CSI: Miami.” Since then, she has gone on to have a successful career in both television and film.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Alexandra attended the University of Southern California where she majored in theatre. After graduating, she appeared in a number of independent films and small plays. It wasn’t until 2002 that she made her big break when she was cast in the hit show “The O.C.” She played the role of Marissa Cooper’s (Mischa Barton) best friend, Summer Roberts, for three seasons. The show earned her critical acclaim and a Teen Choice Award nomination.

In 2006, Alexandra shifted her focus to film and appeared in a number of movies such as “Christmas in Wonderland” and “The Grudge 2.” She also starred in the Lifetime movie “Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal.” In the late 2000s, she returned to television and guest starred on a variety of shows such as “CSI: Miami,” “Medium,” “Criminal Minds,” and “Modern Family.”

In 2011, Alexandra starred in the independent drama “The Pact” alongside Cam Gigandet and Caity Lotz. The film was well received and earned her a Best Actress nomination at the Phoenix Film Festival. She went on to appear in a number of other indie films, including “The Speak” and “Rise of the Zombies.”

Throughout her career, Alexandra has continued to work in television and film. In 2014, she appeared in the “Veronica Mars” movie, and in 2018 she guest starred on the hit show “Grey’s Anatomy.” She has also appeared in a few television movies, such as “The Sweetest Heart” and “Lifetime Movie Network Presents: The Perfect Sister.”
