Alex Zane is an English television presenter, radio host, comedian, and actor. He started his entertainment career at the age of 12, presenting on pirate radio stations in the London area. Alex went on to attend the University of Leeds, where he studied English literature and philosophy.

In the late 1990s, Alex began working for MTV Europe, hosting shows such as "Select," "The Hot Desk," and "MTV Most Wanted." He also appeared on the British television show "The Big Breakfast" and hosted the popular British game show "Xtra Factor." Alex was also known for his regular appearances on "Never Mind the Buzzcocks," a music quiz show.
