Alejandro Edda is an actor born in Mexico City, Mexico on August 11th, 1987. He is best known for his roles in Narcos: Mexico, The Bridge and Fear the Walking Dead.

Edda studied at the Centro de Educación Artística of Televisa, one of the largest media companies in Latin America. After his education, he made his debut in television with the show “Escaname Quien Soy” in 2009. He later starred in the soap opera “Vecinos” and the telenovela “Un Refugio para el Amor”.

In 2013, he starred in the movie “Güero”. This was his first big role in a feature film and it earned him an Ariel Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. He followed that up with a role in the movie “Bajo el mismo techo” and the TV series “El Señor de los Cielos”.

In 2016, he earned his first international recognition with his role in the movie “The Bridge”, which was also awarded a Special Mention at the Tokyo International Film Festival. He also starred in the television series “Narcos: Mexico”, where he played the role of drug lord Felix Gallardo.

In 2019, he joined the cast of “Fear the Walking Dead” as Luciana Galvez, a survivor who joins the group of survivors in the show. Edda has also appeared in several other films and television series such as “Todo Mal”, “La Reina del Sur”, and “Tierra de Reyes”.

Edda has become one of the most recognizable Mexican actors in recent years. He has received numerous awards and nominations, including an Ariel Award and two TVyNovelas Awards. His roles have been critically acclaimed and his performances have been praised by audiences around the world. He has also become an ambassador for the Red Cross Mexico, raising awareness about the importance of blood donation.
