Albert Aguilar is an American actor who has appeared in a variety of films and television shows throughout his career. He was born in Texas and raised in Taos, New Mexico. He graduated from Taos High School and subsequently attended the University of Texas at Austin.

Aguilar began his career in the early 2000s, appearing in a variety of independent films and short films such as ‘The Ride’, ‘The Darkest Hour’ and ‘Resurrection Boulevard’. He then landed a breakout role in the 2004 film ‘Ladder 49’, starring alongside Joaquin Phoenix and John Travolta. The role gave Aguilar recognition and his career took off from there.

He went on to appear in numerous films such as ‘The Limey’, ‘The Alamo’, ‘The Mexican’, ‘Babel’, ‘A Scanner Darkly’, and ‘Faster’. He has also starred in a number of television shows including ‘The Unit’, ‘The Shield’, ‘CSI: Miami’, ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’, and ‘The Good Wife’.
