Alban Teurlai is a French filmmaker, director, and producer, known for his creative and unique style of filmmaking. He has been involved in the film industry since the early 2000s and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from feature films to documentaries.

Alban Teurlai was born in Paris, France on May 3, 1975. He graduated from the University of Paris 8 in 1998 with a degree in film directing. After his studies, he worked as an assistant director on several French films. He then moved to Montreal, Canada in 2001 and worked as a director and editor for the National Film Board of Canada (NFB). During this time, he also directed his first short films and feature-length documentaries.

In 2004, Teurlai moved back to France and began working on a variety of projects for various production companies. His feature-length documentary, "L'Eté de Toussaint" (2005), was nominated for the César Awards and was well-received by critics. He then went on to direct and produce the feature-length films "Les Filles du Soleil" (2009) and "La Loi des Hommes" (2014).

In recent years, Teurlai has been focusing on television projects. He has directed and produced several series for French and international television networks, including "Les Enfants du Désert" (2013) and "L'Escale" (2015).
