Adam Pascal is an American actor, singer, and musician who gained fame through his roles in the Broadway musicals Rent and Aida. He has also appeared in the films School of Rock, The Adventures of Milo and Otis, and The Object of My Affection.

Pascal was born in The Bronx, New York, in 1970. He grew up in a musical household, with both parents playing the piano. When he was 12, he began to play the guitar and later taught himself to play the piano. He attended the High School of Music and Art in New York City and studied classical music.

Pascal made his Broadway debut in the 1996 musical Rent, for which he received a Tony Award nomination. After Rent, he went on to star in the musical Aida, and performed in the Broadway production of Cabaret. He has also appeared in the films School of Rock, The Adventures of Milo and Otis, and The Object of My Affection.

In addition to acting, Pascal is an accomplished singer and musician. His debut solo album, Model Prisoner, was released in 2000.
