A mother and daughter, who have experienced pain and hardship in their relationship, embark on a journey to a monastery in Thailand. They hope that by participating in a program of strict meditation and silence for 26 days, they will be able to find closure and healing for their troubled past.
The peaceful and isolated setting of the monastery, combined with the discipline of the meditation practice, gives an opportunity for the mother and daughter to reflect on their relationship and work towards finding peace and reconciliation.
