Homecoming - Identity, Rebellion, Brotherhood
This gripping documentary offers an intimate glimpse into the divergent paths of two brothers raised in a Jewish settlement in the Israeli occupied West Bank. While both rebelled against their conservative upbringing, they find themselves living distinctly different lives. Dan, having relocated to Brussels, not only embraces his sexuality with his male partner but also holds a significant position as the speechwriter for the Vice President of the European Commission. He also co-founded an organization ardently opposing nationalism. Meanwhile, in the vibrant city of Tel Aviv, Noam pursues his passions in the realms of modeling and filmmaking. As Noam embarks on this cinematic journey, he grapples with understanding his elder brother's drastic transition and seeks answers to what compelled Dan to distance himself so profoundly from their shared past.
